蕃茄炒蛋

第三次煮蕃茄炒蛋又失敗了!

這次切好蕃茄後「掠」乾了兩小時,沒有加水、努力加茄醬,但仍是水汪汪.
是甚麼緣故呢?還有什麼「橋妙」?

味道還可以,只是賣相要扣少許分.
但是仍要繼續努力鑽研成為小廚師哦!

no need to put the tomatoes up for 2 hrs, u will only lose their freshness instead. dice the tomatoes to your liking(not too small) and fry the tomatoes in the wok. add salt and sugar. wait for the tomatoes to reduce, then add eggs(scrambled and sauteed in oil, pepper, soy sauce). egg white first, then egg yolk. turn off the heat right before desired firmness. i like it a bit runny. sprinkle chopped parsley/chives for color and taste. set on dish, done!
