countdown lunch series - 榮興小廚 vs 生記
兩間小廚都是在灣仔的. 水準都各有千秋...
Signature dish: 葱油雞 vs 鹽焗雞
葱油雞的 sauce 和 鬆脆的雞皮 -- 令人不忍不吃!
鹽焗雞味道也很鮮甜, (怎麼會甜呢? 不是鹹的麼?)
午巿套餐各有特色..
生記的很有家庭風味, 肉鬆蒸水蛋、蒜蓉菜心等...
榮興竟然會有蠔餅、炸九肚魚... 雖然我不吃熟的魚. ;p
連續兩天都點了很好味的咕嚕肉...
最難忘是... 侍應會為我拉椅子... ?!
很滿足呢!!
聽說臨走前我們還要encore!!
